Edit proposals — public rules
The exact numbers and conditions.
Who can edit what
- Anyone logged in (email link) can propose a fix to one field — name, debut year, agency, genre, members, website, karaoke numbers, release date, and so on.
- Rankings, scores, titles, today's records and music-show wins can't be edited — they're recomputed daily from public record.
When it applies immediately
- The verified owner of that artist or song proposes it.
- A “trusted” editor (10+ accepted edits, no reverts in 90 days) proposes a low-risk field (not names, titles or the artist link).
- Two different accounts (low-risk) or three (names, titles, the artist link) propose the same value.
Otherwise, the operator reviews it

| A3 | The proposer is the verified owner |
| X1 | No source, or it can't be confirmed |
| X2 | The current value is correct |
| X3 | Not an editable field |
| X4 | Contains promotion, links, contact info or abuse |
| X5 | When unclear, it's rejected |
Limits and timing
- 20 proposals a day per account, 5 for the same entity.
- Unconfirmed proposals close automatically after 14 days.
- Accepted edits can be reverted by the operator anytime, or by the proposer within 24 hours.
